Re: EQF: an alternate solution

Yes Petra - I remember this conversation you had - I don't think Diane ever had a problem with EQF, but I wouldn't doubt that Char King had a problem with him - she feels she's the 'earthquake prediction queen' and can't be wrong... but I'm hear to tell you that she pissed off a lot of her close followers and they don't even respect her much... Char King thinks she's the one that created quake sensitivity and if you don't feel it her way - then you don't know what you are talking about.
You had a conversation once with such a person who made some inaccurate claims about EQF - YEARS AGO - and you still can't get it out of your head. I remember a phone conversation about it with you. Your claims were that you were told by someone else (isn't this heresay?) that EQF was taking personal claims for certain earthquake sensitivity data.
I told you then, and repeat it now, that he gathers all sorts of data trying to correlate it to earthquakes - he's never claimed its only his personal experiences - I remember a conversation with him, back before you called me - he has trouble then (and still today) finding the location of a quake - it was his hope that by contacting other sensitives he could come up with a way to determine the location of the quake that was imminent. You have somehow got that turned around, no doubt by listening to Char King, and have ridden his case ever since. I don't get it myself.

My feelings are that Char King is more of a fake than ever could be said of EQF. Have you ever read her emails that she actually CHARGES people for? Its the same thing day in, day out, and she has the greatest shotgun approach, so of course when there is a quake she can say - Yep, I predicted it! Well, if I said everyday that we're going to have a large quake in LA, then one day I'd be right too. I guess one of her big claims to fame is the eruption of Mt St Helens... that sure wasn't much of a stretch or prediction while the mountain was bulging 4 ft a day....and surrounded by geologists.

EQF did say more than it might be useful... he said: "I am happy that your water heater project made it through the legislative process. And I would say that I hope that it might eventually result in some lives being saved. " -
Now, that coming from a guy that is constantly hammered on isn't too bad... at least he acknowledged it...

As for the insults, what posts are you speaking of? This must be what you are referring to in the 'put down of women' ? I might have missed them as I'll admit... I don't read all 1000 words of each and every one of his posts... only when things start getting exciting around here....
