Part of result arrived

Hi all!

Today NEIC published the following result, which was close to my predicted place:

2003/09/18 17:27:46 11.20N 93.75E 174.0 4.3 ANDAMAN ISLANDS, INDIA REGION

If this result was correct then I am expecting stronger quake at Southern Xinjiang,
shortly.

Suppose if the magnitude processed at NEIC may subsequently revised for an increased
magnitude as in the following case, then Southern Xinjiang may experience lesser magnitude
quake. Let us watch.
