Following the first result, viz,

2003/09/18 17:27:46 11.20N 93.75E 174.0 4.3 ANDAMAN ISLANDS, INDIA REGION (NEIC)

the Second quake over N/W Kashmir was occurred i.e. close to S-Xinjiang as reported
by EMSC. (also by Redpuma, but so far NEIC not published)

2003/09/20 13:59:45.1 36.0N 73.1E 40 mb4.9 M GSRC NORTHWESTERN KASHMIR

In both the above cases, the expected magnitude was not reached though the locations
were nearly matched. Since I was confident about the quake with higher magnitude,
and it was matched with today's result i.e. quake over Myanmar as reported by NEIC.

2003/09/21 18:16:12 19.91N 95.72E 10.0 6.5 MYANMAR

If analysis the location, it is nearer to Andaman Island the one I identified.
I accept I am unable to claim 100% success in this case, at the same time the predicted
time frame and magnitude was matched in this prediction. I strongly believe to pinpoint
the location, by opening of more sun shadow observatories as insisted many times.
