Petra, the discussions that I am having with other scientists involve complex technologies relating to how earthquakes are being triggered and how certain types of precursor signals are being generated. That report that I posed here on Earth wobble is an example. This is all such a great distance from what you appear to be talking about that it is not even possible for me to make a connection.

Regarding Ear Tones I think that you have too high a regard for them. I could walk into a properly equipped lab and generate the signals responsible for at least some Ear Tones any day of the week. I know just what type of lab instrument will generate them. The only reasons that research is not being done on this is because there is little interest in it by anyone outside of this bulletin board and even less time to do the work. So if it isn’t discussed here it probably won’t be discussed anywhere any time soon.

Regarding credit for water heater work I did not sound too excited because I understand that the bill still has to be signed by the governor. And as far as I know it might then have to go to some committee to get funding approval. Unfortunately, these types of things get cancelled at the last minute so often that I feel it is taking a chance to celebrate before every “T” has been crossed and every “I” dotted.
