Thanks much for the report. Your words at those sessions could result in safety for many people - I didn't realize until your first post about your invitation to the meeting that rental units weren't required to have strapped heaters. Maybe many other Californians aren't aware of that either. Do earthquake insurance policies require it? Or don't most rental property owners even have earthquake insurance?
