Hi Petra - Congratulations! I was wondering how things went and came to ask you but you have posted the meeting. If I knew you wanted to tour Sacramento I would have set you up with my sister who has lived there for over 20 year - she knows all the places! I think you would have hit it off with her.

As for Mary's question - the only time there's an inspection on the water heater is when a property is sold - at least a home unit. I also have some commercial property and that required an inspection by the fire department - they insisted the water heater be strapped before they would sign off on the inspection. I didn't know it wasn't strapped and I've managed the property for over 15 years! Opps.... Its strapped now.
