are you the UCLA John Vidale |
John, Your name sounded familiar and you sounded like you know what you are talking about, so I looked for John Vidale on Google and came up with a professor at UCLA-is that you? I'm semi-anonymous on this page because my status as a researcher is pretty tenuous and I don't want to be seen out-of-context in some of the stuff here. I'm an amateur concerning earthquake prediction-its just an interest or a hobby, but I map faults and try and figure out how they are moving for a living (or, a partial living). I work on southern California offshore/coastal, Ross Sea, and trying to get going in Marmara Sea.......Chris Follow Ups: ● Go Bruins - John Vidale 20:53:52 - 2/7/2003 (18004) (1) ● Question - John - Petra Challus 23:53:06 - 2/7/2003 (18006) (2) ● wise use of money - John Vidale 09:37:52 - 2/8/2003 (18011) (0) ● prediction, preparedness - chris in suburbia 05:40:43 - 2/8/2003 (18007) (1) ● Chris, I'm around... - Roger Hunter 14:21:08 - 2/9/2003 (18029) (0) |
