You see the "whole story" would be about people who are well intentioned who wish to devote extraordinary efforts to promote earthquake prediction in a life saving effort.

There are many throughout the web, which would have to include you and your ideals and methods which would have to come to the forefront. In discussing these well intentioned persona's, I could not imagine doing such a work without including you.

But as to how to do this, well, there are many ways. Unfortunately, I would have to say that a person who goes by these initials "EQF" delivers warnings to global officials, rather than attaching a name in which those of interest may wish to follow in the days and years ahead.
