Yes, its very sad that those people down in Mexico are having to deal with the deaths and damage from this earthquake.

On another note, I was viewing a slideshow of the earthquake damage on Yahoo News and couldn't help but notice that all the buildings that fell apart were un-re-enforced brick and/or concrete. I would think that the best way to help in this situation is to have the people re-build with better building codes. I understand they are poor but the deaths from earthquakes will continue until they start to build with the earthquakes in mind. Maybe there should be a building fund for these situations rather than just a fund for blankets and food?
