earthquake contest

Hmm, we need a report from Lowell on the Colima quake. I recall that he noticed some patterns before or after the 1985 Mexico quake-maybe it was the high plains-I forget.
Let's have a contest: Where in the 48 states do you expect a M4 or larger quake in the next 10 days (from time of Colima quake), within 200 km of the coast or onshore. You should define a hypocenter for the quake, and a time and date. the Magnitude is defined for you-is >4.0. It is up to you if you want to do a radius from your center-but this will be judged as closest to center.

So, what do you get? If someone makes what I consider an impressive prediction I will post "I love eartones and solar triggering" on this page, as well as "yourname is greatest post Mexico predictor for January 2003".
Unless Roger helps with this, we may have to judge location and time separately.

I'm not entering, but there are a lot of little quakes last 24 hours on San Jacinto system in California, so I would guess San Jacinto or southern San Andreas-Brawley. Note that I did not give a time or location so I did not follow the rules.
