Hi Ladies,

North of Parkfield is where Middle Mountain lies, the epicenter of some of Parkfield's near 6.0 quakes.

But history may repeat itself with this one. On 2/26/99 there was a 4.2 just about the same time of day and no larger quakes followed. After that one I immediately went to Parkfield hoping to be there when the big one might roll in. It was fun a trip and I did get some interesting "felt" stories from folks, but got aced out.

So, I guess we'll have to wait and see.
