I suspect that the reason a larger quake didn't follow back in '99 is because you were in Parkfield! :-) Don't you sort of have a history of bringing seismic activity to a screeching halt when you arrive in an area?? You aren't packing a bag for this weekend are you? Just kidding. Eventually there will be a larger event in the area of Parkfield whether you are there or not, it's just a question of when and how big I suppose. Take Care.
