What school are you talking about that has this bump? Anyway, things are always moving around and the last I heard the Santa Clarita valley was getting smaller. A lot of compression going on here though the rate of compression isn't that much. But you will see this type of thing from time to time and from place to place. Myself, I'm not really worried right now.
