I didn't know there were any schools over that way. Just a golf course (guess golfers have fun with the ever changing layout ), a few businesses, and magic mountain. Don't know of any schools over that way. At any rate, I can't imagine that the affects from compression would occur in any given place over a period of time. I'd think that it would show up in different alternating locations working much like the faults where only portions of faults slip (in most cases) when enough stress is accumulated. More like an accordion as its being pushed together except its one ridge at a time. The area between Magic Mountain and the 126 showed this effect from the Northridge quake.

Don't make it over to Placerita that often but your findings sure sound interesting.
