Hi Tony and .02 I'm in Seattle. Thanks for the information you found .02, it was interesting reading. I am outside barefoot quite a bit this time of year and this was a first, so hopefully I won't experience this daily! It just struck me as very odd and not just because it had never happened before. It never occurred to me that the ground would shock me and it took me by surprise for sure. I'll be back out there tomorrow so we'll see what happens.
