Gee - I didn't know you could make a claim for mold! We have some in a bathroom here - it looks like the previous owners just painted right over it... We installed an exhaust fan in that room and now it looks like we're going to have to strip the paint, apply some mold stopping stuff, prime it and paint it again...

Ahhh - what can you expect in a 50 year old bathroom?
