Try spraying it with colloidal silver to see what happens. It's not toxic as are other chemical cleaners you might use.

Wasn't Johnny Carson's sidekick Ed (?) recently on the news because his whole mansion was infested with mold ? I think it killed his dog too.... It's not good to breathe either....
