Being prone to "take the bait" and clear up any misunderstandings I have to ask a question or two.

1)Are you saying that the high number of earthquakes (that your method is indicating) therefore suggests that a Mag 6+ will arrive (since lots of energy is in the area)?

2)Also, I'm confused by your listing...what are the windows for each one listed ? Are you saying that a Mag. 6+ could happen at any one of these locations during this time period?
