I know of at least one earthquake that would take the contest and give it to
Petra. A Ml 2.0 in the New Madrid region observed by CERI/TEIC.
If CNSS ever lists this, Petra will probably be the winner.

There is also that Ml 2.8 in Kansas - but maybe not in the distance range to
the Texas prediction that Petra made.
