Roger, there are a number of people including myself and people who are just starting to visit the board who probably do not know exactly how to interpret your forecast data evaluations. Here is something you might consider:

You could post a note to the EarthWaves board explaining exactly what your data mean. Then simply add a link to that note with each new posting regarding that subject matter. When you wish to update that explanation note you could post that information in a response to the original explanation note and use a link to that new note in future postings.
