Where does CNSS get its information?

I'm not surprised at the few NEIC had because they take forever massaging the readings to get the best possible location.

When I tried to download a years worth of CNSS I hit the 10k line limit in 3 months, so that's 40k per year or 200k in 5 years.

NEIC had 108k in 5 years so the difference isn't all that much,given time.
