Are Major Earthquakes A Random Occurrence?

Hi Everyone,

Did you ever wonder if life is random? Do great events such as major earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, great floods or other momentous occasions, occur by random chance, or is there a plan for our existence and the events that occur in this space, place and time?

I asked this question twenty years ago. I looked in places where perhaps many did not think of going, but in the search for the answer, today's question about where major earthquakes may strike in the future could be obtainable, but not in the places an average person would look.

Though I will try to be brief, I think some parts of this odyssey might be interesting reading, so I'll share just a bit. In Middle Eastern philosophy they believe that we have a life plan. We arrive at a given time, have a purpose while we are here and then depart on the appointed exit date. The primary focus for all of us here according to their traditional beliefs is in our interaction with others which is our primary purpose.

I became quite interested in regressive hypnosis as it seemed to bring about relief for people who had many phobias. In discovering root causes of phobias, which often occurred in a prior lifetime, the carryover condition, was relieved by discovering what caused the phobia originally.

This then led to the work of many in hypnosis who worked in the area of progressive hypnosis. Looking toward the future. Elisabeth Kubler Ross wrote much about her years of work in this area and made many fascinating discoveries. One in particular was that out of thousands studied, they reported that in the future the population on Earth would be considerably less than today. The primary cause cited was from natural disasters.

For some reason tonight it rather struck me that it would be interesting to look at the case studies and find out how many of the subjects reported their death in the future as a result of an earthquake. This brings up so many questions.

If major earthquakes are not random, but already written on the skein of time, those who will perish already have their ticket to go home when they arrive.

If one has the ticket from the major earthquake, then does this influence the scientists who are here in not being able to predict earthquakes because then they would disrupt this natural cycle?

I could go on for hours on this topic, but I only wanted to tickle your grey cells and give you pause to view the "more cosmic picture" which for some is a true belief and for others, just a pause.
