My program only uses NEIC data so the problem will not arise.

That's assuming I get the )*&(*& thing working!

Right now it does fine on a test case but not on the real file. And it's SLOW. Takes about 15 seconds to read the database and I'm doing it 4 times per prediction to get all the probabilities.
