How to help the people in need?

Hi..Lowell!

Though there are many forecasters around the world giving probability study on
Predicting earthquakes and I have noticed many of them giving predictions are
in the range of many years to many months in advance, but so far I have not
seen anyone who is giving short-term predictions of around 48 hours in advance.

On the other hand forecasters and researchers are satisfied themselves or further
scrutinizing their reports, but it is not helpful to the real victims of earthquake
which is on increasing side nowadays.

I don't know how many people in the world made use of like European researcher's
prediction since in this case it involves 3 months period for occurrence of huge
quake. Also making 'Forecast archives' nothing will do with quake victims so far,
without giving proper alert on the right time.

Quake Prediction using sunlight involves (N-S smooth wall/sunlight/pencil/scale)
less cost, reaching most of people who lives interior places of the world and proper
way of teaching will help the people who are really in need of such information at
the right time. Before reaching into such stage, the research should be properly
done area wise and prepare a common data for general use. As I told repeatedly that
intensity and epi center of quakes will find out very closely if the method is to be
done systematically.
