Jan 18, I don't think they troll message boards. I think most of the trolling is done by us (those that post) with occassional visits by others (Canie said everytime we click it counts as a hit, so if you click on every post, each of us counts for hundreds or thousands of hits (Correct this if I am wrong, Canie). They would be most likely to issue warnings in areas where they are already concerned about a major earthquake: like Parkfield, southern San Andreas-where they also have some history of what triggers an earthquake in that area (I think they would have warned if there was a M6 on the cross fault in Salton Sea. I don't know for sure what I just said, but I think I have the idea right.
