2cents-I'd say coincidence. Actually, it does not even rate coincidence-just by latitude these places are 500 km apart, and I don't think there have been any tests outside of India and Pakistan, in the world, in the last few years. Saying there is a relation would be like saying that an earthquake in the SF Bay area was triggered by test at the Nevada site 5 years ago....
