Is there an explanation as to why HAARP might be a trigger in EQ's. So many groups have HAARP monitors and such...but I really would like to know the connection. How would an array of antennas cause an earthquake in some such special area? There are many college profs working on that site...Seems like if there were some secret EQ creating going on we wold hear more about it other than on Art Bell...
