Here's a link for some conspiracy-making (which I haven't read much myself). You could also do a www.google.com search using HAARP and EARTHQUAKE...and see what shakes :-).

One thought, it seems, is that the operators of the HAARP array may possibly be "unawares" of the effects of their experiments...possibly including the triggering of earthquakes. I'll be glad to hear what you think about it.

It wouldn't be the first time there were "unintended consequences" to an experiment....
