The address for the tone generator program which you listed in one of your earlier notes has been added to my Earthquake Forecasting Resources Web page. If you have any objection to that then please let me know. I had an address for another tone generation program like that. But that Web page has apparently been discontinued. The program that you listed appears to work better anyway.
