Yes he has and I agree with him but David isn't saying that. I think Roger has also agreed - Tidal forces have a small effect - many geologists have agreed that tidal exerts some force but its a small part of the whole earthquake picture. The electromagnetic seems to have an effect - its still in the testing state - no one is saying its 'truth'. The tides alone don't cause quakes and the solar energy alone doesn't cause quakes - there's no causal factor in either one - they will trigger a given area if that area is under enough strain/stress due to other factors such as plate tectonics (not tide motions) Big difference here - maybe when Lowell gets back he can clarify that and say where he stands in respect to David's musings.
