Nowhere in particular. I can't say I ever recall a quake occuring in either or those states, or maybe if one has, nobody was around to notice it. I'm not sure if that big ole granite Canadian Shield covers that area ... I also seem to remember hearing that one of them was the safest place to live due to the lowest occuance of natural disasters in the United States. Can't recall where I heard that ....
