I wanted to thank you for your kind welcome before you turn your attention to your holiday plans....and to wish you a wonderful, warm,
and joyous holiday....as well as a restful one.

EDG told me about the interesting discussions
that were occurring here....I have been checking in from time to time, but had been caught up in
local 'stuff' in recent months and didn't realize how helpful what all of you are doing would be to the conditions I'm trying to understand.

My primary interest is in how solar/seismic signals affect human mental and physical health.....
which makes me perennially off-topic when I try to communicate with people interested in quake prediction. I feel very fortunate that so many folks are willing to tolerate my intrusions....and I appreciate all the work that you and others are doing that benefits my attempts to understand
the forces we're surrounded by.

I've been a member of the EarthWaves list since it was called QuakeNet....as well as being a member of Bob's Pinpoint list for some years.

I lack the educational background that most of you have....am especially grateful for the clarity of the posts here and the discussions that are helping me to better understand the physics involved in ULF and ELF signals.

I'm looking forward to your return in a few weeks.

I don't recall hearing from you on this board before. If not, a hearty welcome from
all of us. There is a great deal of ULF and ELF signals among members of this
board, so anything you can post on this interesting topic, we would all be interested
in reading.
