Heard ear tone 2:32 OM eastern Monday

I just heard my first ear tone that I've noticed in the last couple of weeks since I decided I should write these down. First, I have no opinion about whether they are associated with earthquakes. This one was at 2:32 PM eastern today (Monday), seated at my desk, only in my left ear, which was pointed due west (desk faces due north). It was higher pitched than some I've heard in the past, and was weaker than some I've heard. It lasted a few seconds (less than 5). I did not time it. Chris
