Went camping with about 30 people 45 miles northwest of Philadelphia. Saw 2 weak ones by 10 PM, realized I was wearing my prescription sunglasses about 9:30, went to bed at 10. Got up at 2 AM and saw 2 bright ones in first 5 seconds. Slept from 3:30 to 5. Saw total of probably way over 100 (could be twice that). Sometimes there would be 3 or 4 in a second or 2. The stronger ones left trails that lasted as long as 20 s or so. Just as it was starting to get light, a low overcast rapidly blew in and sky went from perfectly clear to covered in 10 or 20 minutes! Most that I've ever seen by far in a night, and highest rate by far. Chris
