Hi Canie. I used something very similar, I think it was called Drylok? I'll know in a little bit when I go downstairs to use it again. For the most part it worked except for a small area that will have to be redone. My concern is the moisture that is actually seeping up through the floor of the garage through the concrete. It isn't coming through cracks or anything, it appears to be absorbing right through the concrete. I have never seen it happen before and wasn't aware it was possible other than through a crack.
