I don't think he would mix up the SJZ and San Andreas considering this: "...This earthquake occurred on a fault that we know is capable of a much larger earthquake," said Thomas Rockwell, a San Diego State University geology professor who has extensively researched the San Jacinto fault zone responsible for the short, sharp jolt. "And based on geologic evidence, (it) may be due for a much larger earthquake." ..." He seems to know what he is talking about...and Lucy Jones tends to call most earthquakes "insignificant."
