I'm a little concerned about some of those references though. I've seen some pretty weird stuff in some of those journals in the past.

If the effect is strong enough to affect both sides of the earth, it should show up on all seismometers in varying degrees I would think. No?

If you want to see a strong correlation, check out Art Bell's website for the results of his recent experiment with the collective consciousness. Really incredible and I don't know what to make of it.
