You mean links to KML files? They're still there. On the map page, top left, "Download". There's several options including Google Earth KML files. When viewing an individual quake, on the main summary page, right above the word "summary". Also on individual quakes, bottom right of the main summary page is a link for viewing in Google Maps in your browser.
