You can set it to show all quakes regardless of magnitude.

Look in the menu on the right.

If there is no menu, click on the cog wheel icon.

Once you have a page setting you like, including the map location and zoom, you can save it to your bookmarks and you will then be able to return to that page easily.

The new page may seem complicated, but that's only because there are more options.
