Don't know if this is a prediction..but I would not be surprised if something above a 4.0 happened in the Santa Barbara area in the next three months or so. Seems to be a generalized swarm there during the past 2 weeks.

Chris---I remember Helmet Ehrenspeck talking about the "Monster in the Channel"!!
