The article is Rolling Stone is interesting. The people mention are real well-known scientists. I had not heard about 10 foot sea level rise in 50 years: I'll find that article and read it. Instead, last summer I saw talks that state best range for 2100 (85 years) is 3 to 5 feet.
I've been interested in ocean acidification in part because something bad happened to the mussels in the cover where I have been picking them all my life. The can't hold onto the rocks in much smaller waves than used to be the case. The mussels were swept clean on the rocks 5 straight years:
