I sometimes use "Earthquaketrack.com", it primarily posts quakes of M3.0 + , but gives you the option of selecting M1.5 or greater. I typed Puerto Rico in the search box and surfed through at least 60 quakes in that region over the last 5 months. Not sure how reliable or how far back the data goes, but might be worth checking out.
