That is the fault system I am working on. Note the simple fault model in the article, from the Hubbard and others papers, vs. the complicated geometry on the figure from my talk at USGS. I forwarded the link to someone at USGS working on the system, as well as someone at UCSB working with me.
I get a bit of heartburn (wrong word?) because we did a lot of work on this system in the late 1990s and did not publish it; it is on Sorlien & Kamerling USGS reports, especially 2000, and is part of the SCEC Community fault model, as well as many abstracts. My current work will get published, but in 2016.
