Hi Mark,

I relay the story to you about Albert Einstein. When he was in the process of creating various technical items, he often came across problems he did not know how to solve. Everyday when this occurred, time and again he would take a twenty minute nap and upon waking knew the method to solve that problem.

So, as some suggest, he tapped into the Universal Consciouness and was given the answer, or perhaps upon relaxing he could let his mind go to work unfettered by stress and the solution popped into his mind.

Here's another one, that's from my personal experience. Quite a few years ago I had a dream about a new latex material that was being wrapped around freeway columns and overpasses. It was blue in color and I could hear people calling them "Blue Ways." I of course have little interest in freeway supports, or anything to do with that element, but surely this method would keep some of that cement from falling on people. So this is more of what you had in mind, the subject, but the individual really doesn't have much interest in it.

Case in point, with Don the epicenter does not require a long term time figure, however, the magnitude is the elusive factor due to the unknown element of stress upon a given fault and at which point it is most likely to break.

Of course the unfortunate part of this story is that one person can only cover so much territory and though I'm sure Don could do much more by way of more broad forecasting, he is limited by the time it takes to do his research.

My only hope is that one day he can teach me what he knows and I can be of more benefit in at least trying to work on one single area, like the NW which I have a true interest in. The only problem is that I'm not sure my little gray cells are up to it yet. LOL
