The dogs in my home town are either free or behind glass barriers (windows).
When Zima and I and dogs go for walks there are always 3 or 4 dogs who
sit behind their windows and bark until we have passed. I think it is jealousy
as much as anything - why can they go for walks outside and I can't.
Thanks for the explanation on your predictions, it helps sometimes to know
exactly what the predictor had in mind even if the forecast form is somewhat
confining in terms of what kinds of forecasts can be made.
