Home with view of local mountain scenery, two story, four bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, diningroom, family room with fireplace, earthquake safety latches on cupboards for safety, a gardner, sprinkler system, indoor laundry, security system waiting for activation and a spa room of cherry wood with little tiny pane windows. The hot tub works perfectly when water is it in and the complementary bar and bar stools can be placed outside when one has parties. It has almost everything. Surely a phone man can install additional lines at any time. I could have sold this home in a heartbeat if I was a realtor.
