I definetly felt it in the W LA area. I'm about 5 miles from W. Hollywood so it was a quite a jolt. It seemed to last a good 10 seconds. I heard a big rumble first, thought it was the kids upstairs and then bam, that familiar rolling/jolting feeling.

I am listening to my fire scanner, they have all their air ships up over the city and are getting reports of people stuck in elevators, water flow alarms and some blown windows.
