Let's suppose our "ear vibrations" were a precursor to this quake. That would possibly mean that the energy is traveling up the RCF. Also as it was a warbling vibration it would explain it being different from ear tones because its under water.

Curious huh? I'll have to see if it happens again if there are any resulting quakes in the Bay.

Congrats on another fine hit! At least I can say you haven't gotten a fat head from this, you are most humble, which is a fine attribute for a guy with one heck of a record.
