I believe the first report on that idea came out in '82 (but don't have it handy). So this idea has been around for awhile.

IMHO, while it's a "nice try" ...I find that it is a flawed approach. The only redeeming value of it (with all due respect to those involved with it) is that it points to the solution being in another area.
