Just so I have this straight - Don is predicting an earthquake at Kalispell, Montana.
Petra countered with an event with the same set of prediction parameters at
Helena, Montana.
Petra - is that a for-real prediction. If so, are your parameters directly under
the town of Helena for the epicenter or do you care to give latitude and
longitude. It'll be difficult to determine the winner if one prediction gives
precise parameter and the other general location names - but I guess we'll
manage.
